For Garland, this is a timing issue. He seems to be suggesting that a writ of mandamus should not be considered/issued until after Sullivan actually rules on the case. Sydney Powell's argument is that Sullivan has already shown his hand and therefore mandamus is appropriate. Powell also argued that Sullivan should be removed because of his obvious bias.

Merrick Garland is the junior varsity judge who wanted to try out for the Supreme Court, but didn't *like beer *enough for McConnell to invite him to the party.

Garland and his democrat clique have never gotten over the rejection and claim that Trump stole his supreme court seat that he was, like Beto, just *born to *occupy.

Now we fast forward to today and the circuit court is ruling on a ruling that they themselves had previously provided that ruled Flynns district court judge had to allow the DoJ to let an innocent man walk, which was in line with a ruling made by the same circuit and the supreme court.

so in summary, we have established that flynn did nothing wrong and the government itself admitted it was wrong and even had evidence to prove not only he was innocent but that he was set up; we have the constitution which says the executive branch is the only branch that can prosecute a case but a district court who order the DOJ to not drop the case; we have a mandamus ruling from the circuit court that the district court must drop the case and then the circuit court reverses their own mandamus to rehear the situation; and we have Merrick Garland who clearly follows the logic that what the Government did was correct to only reach the conclusion that it's wrong...

so, to make it clear, this judge is doing something he knows is wrong and improper and sick and disgraceful and is essentially looking at every one in the courtroom to invite them over to his home to engage in sexual activities with his spouse intop of the US constitution.

Basically they were all defending judge Sullivan. 'Cmonnn, just let the judge that called flynn treasonous right of the bat, decide flynns fate. Orange man bad, cmooon'
