Or they can spin it around and say it was premeditated. I don't think it matters who calls first as long as you call within a reasonable amount of time.
Yep the dude from Charlotteville is in prison for life because he got in a car accident speeding away from people trying to pull him out of the vehicle and a woman had a heart attack.
did that really happen? Was it a false flag? I found it odd that nobody in the press ever covered the court case. There wasn't loads of cameras around the guy when he showed up and left court in cuffs each day?
Just noodling it. That being said the accident itself didn't look good on his part. I think a big difference between peacefully driving down the highway from point A to B and hitting protestors on the highway than going to a protest in a city getting involved and then flooring it from close range into a crowd.
Not sure though but life in prison in that situation is shitty no matter what. If it played out like they said surely a decent lawyer could get it down to manslaughter and a few years in prison?

If the judge and DA are reasonable, sure...
She didn't have a heart attack, she died of cardiac arrest which means her heart stopped. Which is what happens with sudden blood loss.
She wasnt hit by the car.
