Tell them you have a pre existing condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. When they say for you to prove it, tell them you can't because it'll be breaking your own HIPAA rights.
People compare masks to things like wearing a shirt, shoes, seat belt, etc. They're wrong because none of those things cause any kind of physical discomfort or compromise your ability to breathe.
I'd love to see mass mask protests and store employees screaming helplessly, "Put those masks on now! All of you. I want you masked!"
I'm really pissed about wearing a mask, but at this point it is best to follow Trump's direction, wear a mask when we are directed to in public, and fight the much bigger fight of saving America from communism. The mask issue is a distraction, and unfortunately fighting that battle turns ears off of those who would be receptive to the broader message.
The mask is conditioning to accept an assault on bodily integrity. Next is a mandatory vaccine and then a chip.
It is a distraction in some sense from the commie takeover but in other ways it is the frontlines. I also think it depends on if you live in a major urban zone or in a rural area

Why choose the difficult battles when awareness can be achieved through other means? We support tons of issues that Democrats reject despite wide public approval. If we fight over masks, they'll tune us out for the easier arguments we can win on.

Arlington Texas is fining businesses $1500 for customers not wearing masks. Albertsons in Fort Worth will not serve you unless you are masked. Abbot needs to roll on down the road.
I do not have the means, or know how to take them to court. That is why they are doing this. I have stopped shopping there after 20 years. Albertsons cannot afford that.

I informed the manager of my health issues, and my rights as decreed by the constitution. I could not buy anything unless I had a mask. They will give you a free made in china mask so you can shop. Big red star in the packedging that states it's not for covid use. They lost 25 + a day. Albertsons can not afford that. The CEO made the company policy. Bet chyna buys them before long.

There are lawyers that will take on stores, pro bono. There was a big thread on Twitter, where PLENTY of lawyers were offering their services for free, to educate these companies on what the laws actually are.
We should just show up in groups of 50 or more in liberal cities and start shitting on the streets. It's not like its a crime or anything.
