Such as? They have the right to refuse service. That is how they are enforcing company decisions, based on Abbots illegal mandate. I informed the manager of my health issues, and my rights as decreed by the constitution. I could not buy anything unless I had a mask. They will give you a free made in china mask so you can shop. Big red star in the packedging that states it's not for covid use. They lost 25 + a day. Albertsons can not afford that. The CEO made the company policy. Bet chyna buys them before long.
See, I see people say this. But they DO NOT have the right to refuse service based on medical issues. The ADA is VERY adamant about this. It is literally against the law.
There are lawyers that will take on stores, pro bono. There was a big thread on Twitter, where PLENTY of lawyers were offering their services for free, to educate these companies on what the laws actually are.
