how long before phony tulsi announces her support for biden/harris??? i'm giving it 2 weeks, at most...

isn't it odd that harris did so poorly with the black vote during the primaries, but with all this racial turmoil, biden picks her as his running mate?? its almost like... he doesn't really care about blacks and its just all about perception...
