Probably Antifa was never very happy with the Democrats to begin with.

The A's are supposed to be anarchists, after all, and liberal though they be, the D's are still part of "The System". Very commonly, radicals on both the left and right see little difference between the Republicans and the Democrats. Radical communists have been known to refer to the Democrats as "the liberal wing of the Property Party". :/
