she listened to dr dre when he sung high pitched in world class wreckin' cru before he found out he was actually a hard old skool gangsta the whole time
oh god that whole thing was so funny when Eazy posed with the Dr. Dre old school album cover of him in Liberace gear ... like, come on, you a studio gangsta
wait'll i tell you that dr dre sampled the dr who theme for "alwayz into somethin" which sounds reasonable now since dr who is popular. but this was "nineteen ninety motha fuckin one" and neither BBC nor dr. who were popular. he's a total nerd.
Oh, I am way more of a nerd than he is. Are you aware Pink Floyd played the Dr. Who theme in one of their songs years before him? (one of these days)
And, I watched Dr. Who in the 80's during Tom Bakers (re?) run, maybe late 70's.
He can't even co-opt his nerd stuff correctly. Dr. Who was already popular years before that, but not in any mainstream sort of way, at least in America.
She listened to them BEFORE they wuz kewl.
