What is the point in the cops doing anything? Why disperse them at all? Why arrest them? There is no threat except that cops get injured. Why risk their lives and health for nothing?

Cause they try and burn shit down. And arresting them still gets them on record and the feds might be interested in that information. Also, to tear gas and watch them cry.
I guess. It was better when attacking fed courthouse because then they'd get arrested federally and get charged.
