Now down on your face. 3 sets of 15 push ups. Do them. You just did 45 push ups to honor the 45th president. Now add some every day until you do 100 a day. Respect your body so you are healthy and strong to help fight for this country. There is zero excuses to not be our best.

interestingly enough, during lockdown i was doing a couple sets of 35 pushups a day since i'm not big on body-weight exercises. since the gyms have opened back up, i noticed that aside from the initial weakness of being off for 3 months, my bench and ohp are up significantly. put on a noticeable amount of muscle in my chest and cranked out 235 x 5 x 5 on monday without much difficulty.

if your bench is lagging, add some high rep push-ups sets everyday. 1 or 2 at 30+ will suffice.
