I was diagnosed with ocd, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I fixed my diet, started strength training, and after 6 months of consistency my ocd and anxiety symtoms pretty much vanished, and my month long manic/depressive episodes went from controling my life to being a mild inconvenience. Exercise SHOULD BE THE FIRST PRESCRIPTION FOR MENTAL ILLNESS.
