Now down on your face. 3 sets of 15 push ups. Do them. You just did 45 push ups to honor the 45th president. Now add some every day until you do 100 a day. Respect your body so you are healthy and strong to help fight for this country. There is zero excuses to not be our best.

A little isn't too bad. You could always switch to coconut aminos, but that is a little pricey. Watch your consumption in other foods as well though.

You'll pry my shoyu and miso from my cold dead hands! But I do space it out a bit, and don't eat it every day.

Ya. I used to eat miso, tofu, soy sauce every day. It's in every meal. Nowni just use soy sauce for all of my stir fry because thats essentially what i live off of lol
