Then I will quit. My company would have to fill a gap and hire 1 or 2 people who will take over my previous job, who'll likely be half as good or way more expensive.
Or I will find some doctor who can be bribed, who gives me the papers or his signature, whatever is needed.
Or I will try to make money on my own without employment. Time for an all-in at that point...
