Now that Harris has been picked as the nominee, GEOTUS could secure the win by issuing executive action de-scheduling Marijuana.

Rub it in the public's faces how many people of all races have had their lives destroyed by corrupt cops like Kamala Harris over something as innocuous as a plant.

If not executive action, we should take it up as a pet issue and a campaign promise to end prohibition.

If he can get the left to come out against marijuana legalization, that will fracture their base and Trump will pick up a lot of support.

I hate the argument weed is just a plant. So is Peyote, Poppy, and Coca. If you want to argue weed isnt that bad, or that it is too severely punished there is an argument to be made. However arguing it is a plant is asinine.

My argument isn't that it's "just a plant".

My personal argument is that prohibition is antithetical to anybody who calls themselves a conservative.

Conservatives don't ask Big Government to suppress small businesses and interfere with individuals' right to the pursuit of happiness. See the 9th amendment.

Idk if its the Conservative argument, but I personally support it as a libertarian. You can huff paint, engage in cock and ball torture, and play shitty games like League of Legends. I wouldnt recommend any of it, and its not good for you, but as long as you are not hurting anyone else, I think you should be free to do it.

But not 'because its a plant.' ;p

That is a legitimate, philosophically sound argument.
