We'd be calling her PRESIDENT Harris on Day #2 if the Dems were to win. Joe would be sworn in and then smacked with the 25th Amendment the next day. She'd get to complete his term and then still be legally able to do 8 more years after that.

I think that is the one thing that could actually spark a major conflict. Without the EC something like 5 counties out of 3,007 would decide every national election. I could see real talk of seceding from the union in that case. But the EC is in the constitution and they would never even get close to enough support to amend it out.

This is false data, but I won't call it fake news since I believe it is unintentional. Here are the facts:
The Constitutional limit on serving as president is now ten years.
(Opinion: it should be changed to 12 to get Trump a third term; that'd be like serving only two Senate terms; but not holding my breath. :)
Back to fact: If and only if a VP takes over for a president who has served two full years can the VP finish that term as president and then go on to serve two more full terms, if elected.
If they replaced the Pedotraitor anytime before two years, they'd be jerking themselves out of four years in office potentially. You can't even run for the second term if serving it in full would put you over ten years.
But all this talk of Sen. Biden being president and that golf ball-cheeked cunt being VP is making my abdomen hurt.
