Well she was born in the US, but her parents weren’t

Yeah, I don't know, I just see people saying that her parents were illegal when she was born so she wasn't legal.

probably different answer depending on when he was no longer available... if before swearing-in 1/20/21, that's a dicey constitutional issue.. if after being sworn in, that is clear cut shift to VP.

If kamaltoe isn’t a natural born citizen, she cannot be Vice President.

Period.

The question is, does being born to two people here in USA on student visas entitle her, an anchor baby, to be a US citizen.

I say no, because the 14th is referring to Native American indigenous people and slaves.

The left interprets it to be simply anyone child shit out by anyone.

Well Obama isn’t a natural born citizen and he was president for 8 years

If obama was born on US soil to an American citizen, he is a natural born citizen same as you or I.

If fact, just being born of a US citizen confers citizenship to the child.

I don’t think there is any question as to whether or not obama’s mother is a US citizen.

I despise obama and would be ecstatic to be his executioner. It would be a great honor. But whether or not he was a US citizen has never been an issue for me because he was clearly born to a US citizen whether in Kenya or Hawaii.

They only reason location of birth ever became a thing was because McCain was born in Panama to deployed Americans and the left were trying to say he was not a natural born US citizen during the 2000 campaign.

Being born to a US citizen (especially the mother) conveys natural born citizenship regardless of location.
