HVAC slightly pressurizes the O.R. so that airflow is always out - keeps outside germs from getting in. That is true. But it's just the HVAC blowing in ambient air.

He (correctly) pointed out that well-ventillated rooms have a concentration of up to 1,000 ppm of co2, and that the current (recent high) concentrations of atmospheric co2 are barely over 400 ppm.
Even among climate change marxists, the “danger higher rates of inhaled co2” doesn’t seem to be a position being pushed.
