All but 12 states have already passed their ballot filing deadlines for party candidates. If the DNC pulled biden/harris right now 38 states would not have the new duo on the ballot.
Yes they can, the democrats write the rules and can nominate anyone they want at their convention, this was proved in history before. they did the same thing in the 60s.. The national ticket is owned by the dems and they can put anyone on it they want, they write the rules..
