Could have prevented a lot of the crap that happens with the deep state. All the pork that could be eliminated, all the dumb programs that accomplish nothing. Change my mind.

Tulsi the moonbat has some good ideas from time to time, and her bill that would limit legislation to one topic would have done essentially the same thing as the line item veto
