Frankly I think I deserve some reparations for the losses my family endured fighting for the freedoms today's black Americans enjoy.
My Irish and Polish ancestors lived as slaves (my great-great-granduncle's family lived in single a 15x15 room with three other families in New York City with no running water or facilities), my Iroquis great-great-great-grandmother and her white husband had to flee to Canada, anti-slavery founding ancestors (John Adams), early outspoken women's rights activists (Abigail Adams), fought the confederacy and actively pursued prosecution of the DemoKrat KKK post-civil war (Ulysses S. Grant), one side of the family lost 4 different men (including a father and his son in the same battle) fighting the Confederates in the Shenandoah Valley, great-aunt and her husband lost a total of three jobs and had to move twice because of their civil rights activism in the 60's in the south.
So where's MY LOOT?
