White privilege is a hoax. I am privileged only because I was born in the USA and I had a mother and father that raised me to instill morals, values, and a good work ethic. It wasn’t always rosy, but that’s what helps one get ahead not skin color, and I’m thankful and proud of that.

Yes. Being more civilized and well behaved has benefits. Staying around and teaching your children has benefits. Having work ethic has benefits.
When a racial group repeatedly exhibits all of these traits, they get ahead. As it should be.
