Joe biden wasnt stumbling over his words today. That tells me one thing.... he has practiced that speech for days, if not weeks. Reading it over and over until he had it perfectly memorized. The idiots over on reddit are saying that his speech was amazing and in no way does he have dementia or anything of the sorts after a speech like that. I didnt see him taking any questions from reporters or anything after his speech. I'm willing to bet my paycheck that if he did take questions, and was put on the spot by reporters, he would have been stumbling over his words faster than Kamala could lay down and spread her legs.
