This is why I barely believe the whole 'America is the land of the free' anymore. Business has been strangled to such absurd levels that you need to invest a ton of resources just to figure out how to get around all these regulations. In many cases, like nuclear power plants, it's simply impossible. And we are left with rotting infrastructure that only ends up being worse for the environment.
