I was born and raised in fracking country and yes we once lit our tap water on fire. Nothing baffled me more than this big hysteria over fracking I saw coming out of California until I realized - I don't think they had fracking until recently??
What annoys me is that Kamala and others like her exploit the naivety of people. I don't say 'ignorance' because I figured out that many of them legitimately don't know what fracking is and is not.
But Kamala and Biden and lots of these people DO KNOW its one of the worlds safest, cleanest, most environmentally sound ways to get relatively cheap energy. 'hydraulic fracking', the more modern kind was literally invented by NASA scientists and with the idea of a 'green energy' (tho, they didn't call it that) but a super efficient clean minimally invasive environmental friendly new tech.
50 years. A good half century of the more modern version. "Fracking" is actually very very old but just the modern kind is nearing 50 years and it's uncountable the numbers, between Canada, the Northern USA, Europe, Russia... I mean, thousands and hundreds of thousands of sites, uncountable. year after decade after decade.
Kamala and these people KNOW THIS and that's the annoying part. They are counting on unwitting unfamiliar moms to get scared, believe dumb scary stories and feel the word 'Fracking' sounds scary and rude!
