Yep. It's funny to them, to just punish someone for being so completely "inferior" to themselves, as they see it. They kill a cripple, it proves that they were "better" than that cripple, therefore dopamine. It makes them feel clever to abuse the defenseless, just like a lioness feels clever after she takes down the sickliest member of a herd of wildebeest.
