How’s that black pill treating you? It’s been pretty good to me. Far clearer vision than with the red pill, or as I like to call it, hopium or the damsel in distress pill

I honestly don’t see the black pill as hopelessness or nihilism, but rather observing reality in its coldest, harshest, most honest forms. To me, the blue pill and the red pill are two sides of the same coin. The blue pilled think big government and the military they shit on all the time are going to join forces with their radical Marxist revolutionary heroes to liberate the poor, downtrodden, underprivileged black, gay, transgendered otherkin people from the evil, oppressive clutches of the white man, who spends his day plotting and planning and scheming about how to make everyone else on the planet that isn’t a white man‘s lives miserable. The red pilled think that Q, a anti-Illuminati group comprised of Daddy GEOTUS and the Pencenator T800 are going to 4D chess Obummer, Hilldawg, and the rest of their reeing libtard asses all the fucking way to Gitmo surfing on an Abrams while Pence shreds a sick guitar solo and Trump fires a fully automatic AR-15 with one hand and grabs AOC by the pussy with the other. The black pilled realize that it matters little who wins the election. If Biden wins, the marxists will try to take over, the police and military will let them, and we will have to boog the loo like we pretty much knew we would have to sooner or later, whether it’s in 2020 or 2024. If Trumps wins we are pretty much guaranteed going to war with China very soon and who knows if there’s will be a boog to even loo after that anyway. Either way, nobody can save us. Not Trump. Not anyone. The best Trump can do is buy us time. We have to be ready and prepared. It’s our time to do or die.

The military has always been split, like any other group in society.

I don’t think we talked about politics when I was enlisted. We’d joke that if you couldn’t “kill it, eat it or fuck it” it’s not worth your time.

But based on my retrospective experience, I’d say that the Special operations community seemed to have a fiscal conservative/social liberal attitude.

That was the better part of 6 years ago so I’m not sure about now.

Generally, from my little slice of reality, the lower they are the on the totem pole, the more they mirror the general public.

Likewise, generally, the higher they are on the totem pole, the more they are legitimately there to serve regardless of which party is currently sitting in the big chair (white house).

The entire philosophy behind any military is a hierarchal command structure that rewards competent obedience, and weeds out the rest. Thus, the military is likely strongly in favor of Trump at a leadership level because they served so long in that system that their nature has been molded to serve.

I say this with the upmost admiration and respect for our BADASS military one of whom is my brother. If this comment comes off anything but that, blame the adderall.

I hope not. The DoD is far better off under Trump than they were under Obama.

Served under three presidents in my career. Bush, Barry, GEOTUS. the following days after Trump won the election, the sheer joy from everyone I talked to was amazing. Yes there are those who don't like him, but they are the very few and far in between. Whats funny is, the ones who hate him, usually don't make it for long and leave the service or get kicked out.
