So it begins! Let the weiners hit the floor

Edit for a cause from user:EDKH_73618054

I’d like to hijack the top comment to promote a group I support that is advocating for this across the country.

It’s called POP Squad. They’re based out of Connecticut, but they have caught 174 online predators all across the country by posing as 13, 14 or 15 year old children on dating applications

Isaiah53 114 points ago +121 / -7

They did this before...chemical castration of pedophiles.

It does not work.

Of those initial inmates they released back into the wild, the first two immediately went out and murdered children. The first guy murdered at least 3 before they could recapture him. Others, deemed "less violent", still sexually attacked kids.

Pedophilia, like transgenderism and homosexuality are NOT sexual orientations. They are spiritual illnesses.

58
crash7863 58 points ago +59 / -1

The focus is the prevention of rape.

It's disgusting that we have to have this scientific experiment. 1st time offense should be off with their heads. We're "enlightened" though.

65
Isaiah53 65 points ago +71 / -6

Enlightened, my ass.

EVERY civilization that normalized child rape fell. It is a primary, societal moral barometer.

Once child rape is okay, your civilization is cooked, and doomed to collapse.

Why?

Because Jesus said this, giving God's opinion on the matter:

"It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

33
the-mighty-kc 33 points ago +34 / -1

There's always hope.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land 2 Chronicles 7:14

Most of the references in the New Testament by Paul to homosexuality translate specifically to pederasty which is a form paedophilia. Hell, Reddit had a thing about how great ancient Greek acceptance of homosexuality was reach the frontpage a couple of years ago not realizing or more likely not caring that those relationships were all pederast between an old man and preteen/teen boy. The practice still goes on in the ME. They don't believe it is gay or wrong to sleep with boys if they don't have body hair yet. Some Seal actually got in trouble for murdering some Afghan warlord who had a young boy chained to his bed during the Obama administration. It's a sick world.

10
SHALL_NOT 10 points ago +10 / -0

It’s fucking crazy, if he was in a murderer’s house in the US and found a kid chained to a bed I’m pretty sure it would be defense from immediate danger. But in a warzone it’s apparently illegal.

The verse is referring to sin. Everything you said was solid, but we can't bend verses to mean something they don't say. There are plenty of other ones to choose from.

25
Isaiah53 25 points ago +26 / -1

So raping a kid isn't sin?

1
MakeAmericaLegendary 1 point ago +1 / -0

Being a victim isn't a sin for the kid. The verse is about causing a child to sin.

2
Isaiah53 2 points ago +2 / -0

How many victims go on to become pedophiles?

4
SHALL_NOT 4 points ago +4 / -0

Children who are raped get messed up in the head and it can cause them to grow up to become depraved sinners, drug abusers, and prevent them from reaching their true potential in many many ways.

1
MakeAmericaLegendary 1 point ago +1 / -0

I agree. But making the connection between that truth and the verse is a stretch.

1
SHALL_NOT 1 point ago +1 / -0

The other versions I have seen do not use “offend” and seem more clear than the one this pede used, unless it is actually a different verse altogether. https://www.biblehub.com/matthew/18-6.htm

Ever other version says something to the effect that it would be better to die than to cause a child to sin, lose faith, stumble, or be led astray. Unless there is some other context it would seem that sexualizing or raping a child could very reasonably cause those things, and of course grooming a child into being a “willing” participant would definitely be to lead them into sin.

Bible study is very interesting to me so I would really like to hear a more refined, nuanced, or contextualized interpretation if there is one.

2
RonBohr 2 points ago +3 / -1

What do you mean, Make America Legendary? As in, something of the past? As a form of human government we are already a legend in our own time, and everyone knows it even if they hate it. What you mean?

1

What are you referring to? I was making the point that the verse was referring to causing sin in children, but I never mentioned the government.

Hence why it should be off with their heads. The reason I think this is a scientific experiment is that our ancestors knew this stuff centuries ago. Rape? That's a hanging. Murder? That's a hanging. Kill the problem and the problem goes away.

This directly leads into a discussion on capital punishment. The goody two shoes in our society have tied our hands to our balls. We know how to handle this problem, but they won't let us do it.

Pandas4Trump 11 points ago +15 / -4

The British Empire had The Bloody Code for hundreds of years. It was so difficult to catch criminals and still give a fair trial. Their solution was execution for even petty crimes. This wasn't the neck snapping hanging like in the movies. This hanging was a single loop that would strangle the condemned for minutes on end.... Both to demonstrate the power of the state and to entertain the locals. About the only time the executions were booed by the crowd was when young children were to be hung for pickpocketing. Eventually, the British code was changed because if the punishment doesn't even remotely fit the offense, then the excess punishment does little to deter the crime.

1
deleted 1 point ago +3 / -2
2
theTimeofMan 2 points ago +2 / -0

100 percent agree.

The punishment needs to be extreme enough that very few allow themselves to go there.

Chemical castration is useless anyway. Good for making libtard heads explode though. Go Alabama.

29
meals23 29 points ago +31 / -2

This may not be the final solution but it's a much better solution than the left's answer of trying to normalize pedophilia and argue that children can consent

agreed.

talking about respecting people that have those urges and their struggles to live with them, i mean it's an interesting thought experiment in terms of having a terrible urge to do evil and try to live righteously instead, but that's all it really is is a thought experiment. if somebody thought about being a serial killer but never did then that's great on them for controlling themselves but murderers should die, same with child molesters. you touch a kid you hang, and the moment we moved away from that is the moment that a lot of this shit got so out of control that we live in a world where the rabbit hole only ever goes deeper and deeper. talking about it does a lot to normalize the idea of it and you see lefties trying to add a P to the LGBTWTFBBQ name and it's just sickening.

Fitting username. I think you're being extraordinarily daft. When you have a nation, if not a world, of sinners, you expect God to just do as you demand? God is the one who demands things of you, not the other way around. If you can't keep your dick in your pants, follow the most basic of moral codes that He has laid out for us, or even say a prayer on behalf of somebody else, you have no business asking for His Grace. God has already shown dozens of signs of His presence just in the last few decades, and yet you choose to ignore them because you can't be bothered to pick up a Bible and discern those signs for yourself. How about the fact that He has already laid out The End from the beginning? No man could ever do that, and yet it is extraordinarily obvious to even the most cursory reader of Matthew or Revelation that He has done exactly that. The more you continue to demand miracles of and blaspheme His name, the more you will be rejected.

We all suck, so no one can pick up a rock.

Except children.

12
Side-o-Beef_Curtains 12 points ago +13 / -1

It's not about vengeance. It's about protecting the young ones. All rhetorical snark aside these people should be locked up for life. It's a sad thing when our government refuses to perform the simple task of removing predators from our midst. The real answer, I guess is to be a good father and guard the children God blesses us with.

6
Isaiah53 6 points ago +9 / -3

Thank you. It is funny. I have now accomplished something with my life.

God, I'm so depressed. Ugh.

Trump supporters really ought to set up a charity for helping out reformed SJW's like myself whose lives fell apart due to the communist programming. Maybe something like Goodwill. Our most pressing need is for adequate work, which we often have trouble finding because many of us, due to depression and isolation, have few or no work or personal references, no social life, no job, few practical skills, and a resume full of gaps and other embarrassments. Changing our political opinions does not magically make these problems go away.

At least I am in good physical condition and my family is helping me. I would hate to be depressed, panicky, lonely, poor, and FAT. That would be awful.

Sorry for ruining the joke. I am thankful for things, just a bit frustrated. Have a nice day :)

6
ProfessorOak 6 points ago +8 / -2

Have you tried CBT before? This book has helped me get a better handle on my emotions. It's clinically tested as well, so it's not just a bunch of self-help mumbo jumbo.

1
MakeArtEndHollywood 1 point ago +3 / -2

Ah, but there is another book which has much to say on these matters. Perhaps a few words I already know will be sufficient:

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Saint Paul, Philippians 4:1-8 (Saint Paul)

Further Reading: Galatians 5:16-25 (Saint Paul) Ecclesiastes 2:22-24 (The Prophet Solomon) Psalm 23 (The Prophet David)

Psychology has greatly overcomplicated the practice of mental health. Our task is to behave ourselves, to love each other, to dwell upon that which is holy and beautiful, to busy ourselves with our Earthly labors, to feast in times of plenty as the Lord provides, to lay our burdens upon Christ, and to glorify God.

It's just, you know, a bit frustrating that I require some bureaucrat's approval before I can get back to those Earthly labors.

3
fadingecho 3 points ago +4 / -1

Depression is easy.

1.Go to the gym.

  1. Start intermittent fasting (IF) and throw in some actual fasting as well once you get accustomed to IF.

  2. Stop listening.

"What do you mean, just stop listening?!? Depresshun is a diseese!" Depression is also habitual. We are wired to remember negatives as an evolutionary mechanism to keep us from eating bad fruit or trying to hunt the big furry thing with the sharp teeth and pointy claws with no weapons. Once your body gets accustomed to a repeated chemical signal, you crave it (consider nicotine and smoking) and it can be very difficult to break for a lot of people.

Why do you think people today consume so much pornography? Dopamine. A chemical in your brain that gives you pleasure. Know what cures it? Not watching porn.

Taking a pill doesn't help. Re-wire your brain. You do this by making improvements in yourself. This creates self-reliance, which, in-part, creates self-esteem. Doing something you know is good for you will help start the rewiring.

2
MakeArtEndHollywood 2 points ago +3 / -1

Exercise is good. Vice is bad. Fasting does not match with my weight loss plan, which is going nicely.

Your description of the evolutionary reasoning behind depression is inaccurate. What you are describing is called "Operant Conditioning." Depression, and the closely-related Seasonal Affective Disorder, is more similar to hibernation. It is a means for the body to conserve energy by reducing general activity during winter, in captivity, during times of famine, and so on. Since food is plentiful in modern times, there is no longer a need for the body to do this. But when our minds perceive that we are experiencing hard times, our caveman brains still tend to make us "hibernate" when we don't need to.

I take an antidepressant, and it does help. They do not help everybody, and there are some side effects. I believe that the psychotic behaviors often associated with antidepressants are mostly due to interactions with other prescription drugs or street drugs, especially alcohol. Also, I believe much of the benefit associated with antidepressants is due to the fact that antidepressants cannot be taken safely with alcohol (thereby reducing or eliminating alcohol usage). I think that doctors should be more careful about prescribing antidepressants along with ADHD medication.

Anyway, I was mostly looking for comforting words, not actual advice. Also, I should not have indirectly asked for charity; that was just me being frustrated. It was not a serious suggestion. I am aware that I tend to offer advice instead of comforting words when I comment on the posts of others.

I know what I need to do. It's just a pain in the butt. Thanks for the encouragement.

Allen Turing, the father of the computer and a very crucial part in winning WW2 was castrated by the British for being gay. Which then led to his suicide

37
Simple_Doot 37 points ago +38 / -1

One of the more fucked up things to happen to a hero in recent history.

Spez: To add to this Turing was instrumental in cracking the Nazis Enigma code. He and his team developed technology to decipher the encrypted communications the Nazis were using to coordinate attacks. He used his knowledge to develop a digital device that could quickly run algorithms. The predecessor to modern day computing. It would have taken an insurmountable, and thus impossible, effort of human brains to achieve what his devices did with just a few people. It's not an exaggeration to say he turned the tide of war to favor the Allies. How did his country repay him? The British government discovered that he was gay. They chemically castrated him as being homosexual was a crime. All this after his brilliance helped lead the Allies to victory. The shaming and torture his government levied against him led him to commit suicide. It's unbelievable, to me, that all of his hard work and brilliance was dismissed in such a way that the Brits condemned him, in the era when this happened. RIP, Alan. You deserved so much more.

What if you’re a top cop and are knowingly withholding evidence that would free an innocent man on death row?

That is a true fact which heels up harris has done to further her career with a “perfect record”

Yeah man, I don't know why people are clapping for this. I fucking hate pedos, but I love our Constitution, and this is a crystal-clear violation of the 8th Amendment which horrifies me to my core. It also sets the precedent that castration is on the table as a punishment for crimes, and could thus be expanded as a punishment for other crimes as well.

All of that is holding aside the possibility that someone innocent may be convicted of the crime and then punished by the irreversible act of castration.

This goes against every fiber of my being as an American and I cannot support it.

-1
Dalewyn -1 points ago +2 / -3

This only applies to those applying for parole, it's not a direct punishment for the crime committed.

7
CashMAGA 7 points ago +7 / -0

I dunno, be that as it may, it seems kind of like trying to loophole the constitution, to me.

If nothing else, try to remember that the pendulum of power always swings back around. We should never cheer for any new law or precedent if we would fear what the Democrats would do with that law or precedent, because it's not a matter of if they will be in power again, but when.

1
flashersenpai 1 point ago +1 / -0

To what level can a prisoner consent? Is there really an actual choice available to a prisoner who is likely in solitary confinement/protective custody for potentially years on end?

10
MakeArtEndHollywood 10 points ago +13 / -3

Same goes for any other criminal punishment. Yet, we have laws.

1
Dalewyn 1 point ago +3 / -2

Obligatory IANAL.

I don't see this affecting an innocent man because, if the article is correct, this is a requirement for those applying for parole. If an innocent man gets caught up in this, he would be appealing rather than asking for parole and thus this wouldn't apply to him.

This does assume the justice system working well enough that an innocent man will go free following an appeal and demonstration of innocence, of course, which isn't always going to be a given.

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depends on whether parole is faster than appeal. Every day a falsely convicted pedo is in jail is another day of existential terror.

-1

Nobody is saying that. It's a more apt image when rendered in writing - sewing up a woman's box or removing ovaries doesn't elicit the same imagery. Castration implies some sort of appendage severed, like cutting off a hand holding a gun.

It's an artistic and literary argument, really.

Over punishment, theres a real phrase for it. Same way we cant sentence someone to the rack.

Civilization comes with rules that dictate law. Used to be if you were bad enough you were put down like a bad dog. Here and now is different, and I often wonder of its better or worse.

5
deleted 5 points ago +6 / -1
6
MrSir 6 points ago +6 / -0

I will need an actual source on public racking.

Maybe the wheel, but we dont do that either. Besides the massive fact this aint 1200 England. This is the 2020 USA. There is a reason we do things differently.

They learned the formula for a propper hanging, They added a wet sponge to the electric chair. They burned people, they drowned people, they crippled and maimed people, they removed hands and legs. They raped and castrated and destroyed entire lines of people.Took entiee races and cultures as slaves. And did all of that to them too. And it was a perfectly acceptable system at that time.

We learned that that is horrible. We may have wandered past a very important threshold. What a lot of people call the pendulums swing.

But we are hanging in tbe air at this point. Its all very exciting, but worrisome at the same time. So many things are happening. And honestly we need to be ready on the high side of this.

We must remain fair while they go mad. That is how we demolish this so called counterculture horseshit. All thats at stake is civilization, and truth be told loads of people dont care much for high density civilization.

Not many people have the guts to kill an animal let alone a person.

Besides that maybe state sponsored death should have very little pagentry. I think so. Maybe I am right. But on the off chance that the accused was actually innocent. Theyy only died. They are gone no matter what, but nobody had to skin him alive to do it. As little suffering as possible may be better than raping a person to death. Just my more than $.02

2
spezisapedo 2 points ago +2 / -0

refreshing to see this reasonableness.

2
iamherefortheluls 2 points ago +2 / -0

"cruel and unusual" is that phrase.

For me its more a matter of

a) the example used in article is about molesting toddler, but pedophilia now captures sexual relations with up to 18 year old in many jurisdictions. There were young guys in low 20s charged with such crimes for dating 16+ girls.

b) false convictions happen, especially when we go with higher ages where the #metoo, false accusations kind of stuff is not unlikely. there have been stories of girls conspiring to accuse and frame the same guy, and it happens among the 16/17 age bracket as well

c) i've yet to see any evidence that chem. castration prevents re-offending. afaik, crimes get more violent and that's about it.

6

I’m not sure about this one tbh, while I hate pedophiles and wished they would either be locked up forever or dead, I’m worried that chemical castrations might not end at pedophiles. There was already the case of that 16 year old who was given estrogen in juvy, I’m worried that they might try and push it as a way to prevent crime or ‘male aggression’. https://web.archive.org/web/20200716171833/https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-07-15/teenage-boy-was-given-estrogen-developed-breast-tissue-while-in-l-a-county-juvenile-hall-lawsuit-alleges

Good point

1
sordfysh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not only this, but the FBI seems to find ways to frame people for crimes they didn't commit.

Castration is very permanent. If we fuck up and castrate an innocent man, we're not going to be able to make the situation right.

We say innocent until proven guilty, and beyond a reasonable doubt, but we know how many normal people blindly trust FBI officials. I can't get over how this could break bad.

For reference, something insane, like 30% of prisoners on death row are exonerated after being convicted due to new evidence and crooked DAs like Kamala Harris withholding evidence.

17
deleted 17 points ago +19 / -2
15
_deleted_ 15 points ago +16 / -1

Mixed feelings. A lot of women pull the rape card on men they're mad at. I could imagine a mom manipulating her kid to make up a lie about the father or step father because she's mad.

On the other hand, if there's hard proof I don't see a problem.

2
sordfysh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Imagine if the DA in your case was Kamala Harris. Even if the kid later confessed that they lied, the prosecution would still try to convict you and might even hide evidence.

0
SizzleChest 0 points ago +3 / -3

A lot of those men dont go to trial, much less get convicted.

I think this is mostly a deterrent- or thats how it would be most useful. Pedophiles are sick in a way i cant comprehend, and are attacking the most vulnerable and defenseless. Castration is too kind.

It says chemical castration. It sounds like it’s reversible once they stop taking the drugs, but this article didn’t explain very well.

5
Gwoz8881 5 points ago +6 / -1

It’s not reversible. It kills your testes

3
flashersenpai 3 points ago +3 / -0

If it only kills testes then this is unconstitutional on its face. It violates equal treatment under the law.

1
powershellder 1 point ago +2 / -1

Okay good. This line is what made me think that.

The drugs would be administered for as long as a judge deems necessary before the parolee would be permitted to live a regular life.

It made it sound temporary.

3
Gwoz8881 3 points ago +3 / -0

There might be newer drugs these days but there will absolutely be permanent damage

1
SoAngryRanger 1 point ago +1 / -0

Unfortunately, it does not.

Chemical castration begins to reverse itself as soon as you stop the drugs.

It’s actually done therapeutically for prostate cancer and the like.

Considering what the nation is currently going through with regards to the ethics of the government forcing medical requirements on us (masks and vaccines), I think something like this would be used as a counterargument for forced inoculation.

"Oh so it's ok for the government to force castration for raping a kid, but they can't force vaccination on you so don't kill grandma"

I think if anything's done to them, it should just be death. Kill the kid fuckers and be rid of them. It's cheaper that way anyway.

4

4
flashersenpai 4 points ago +4 / -0

If you want to reduce pedophilia castration isn't going to work. Punishments never work. Detection and certainty of punishment are effective deterrents.

Which means that an entire group of pedophiles who are currently downplayed and even celebrated needs to be outed and punished consistently. Female pedophiles are being given light treatment, sweatheart plea deals, or made into media celebrities. It's sick and it has to stop.

Just read through the comments and see how many times balls or dicks are mentioned. People don't even entertain the thought of female pedos, let alone rapists. You're letting a whole swath of victims down and creating new ones by letting the pedos continue to operate IN PLAIN VIEW.

Lastly, I'm not sure if the procedure outlined in the bill even works on women. If it doesn't, this law is unconstitutional for violating equal treatment under the law.

4
TaggartCiscontinenta 4 points ago +4 / -0

They still molest after being gelded- this is NOT an effective alternative to incarceration. The only solution for this communicable disease (most molestERs were molestED) is a life sentence or extermination, in my opinion.

4
Deadcello 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nah just put bullets in their heads and call it a day. This is "how to create serial killers 101". These pedos will still have their twisted sexual desires and leaving them free and castrated feels like it will backfire.

FTA: The ACLU has taken issue with the law, and the Alabama chapter has called it "unconstitutional." Randall Marshall, the executive director for Alabama's ACLU, has said that chemical castration for sex offenders who harm minors under 13 shows that legislators "really misunderstand what sexual assault is about. Sexual assault isn't about sexual gratification. It's about power. It's about control."

Fine, I do agree with him on that Let’s just kill them instead, I prefer that anyway.
