I’d like to include our military in that. I didn’t own property when I was active duty or when my husband was, but who the president was had a great impact on our lives.
Obviously there would be some exceptions like disabilities, both physical and mental, but I think that is a great idea. It would also give these lost children some discipline and structure. Teach them many lessons in how to behave and how to survive. It would definitely help both the citizens and the country in the long run and help to eliminate the communist take over that is happening in the brainwashing institutions known as public school and college.

Needs to be individual tax payers. Corporations own alot of real estate in this country. So do foreign countries. So does the government. "Land ownership for votes" is too easy to manipulate by nefarious business entities.
We don’t even trust people to buy alcohol or let them rent a car til they’re 21 yet we let them vote. People who know nothing of the world, pay for nothing yet have a vote the same as working adults who have jobs and raise families.

I would go a step further and make people do a minimum number of years military service before getting citizenship with full voting rights.
