Randall Marshall, the executive director for Alabama's ACLU, has said that chemical castration for sex offenders who harm minors under 13 shows that legislators "really misunderstand what sexual assault is about. Sexual assault isn't about sexual gratification. It's about power. It's about control."

I think this is BS. You here it constantly now from “experts”. Sure, that’s an aspect of rape, but the driving factor is sexual gratification, not power.

Awesome. I'd prefer a good ol' fashioned bullet to the brain for those degenerates, but I'll settle for having their balls cut off.

What do they do to woman predators? They don't have balls or anything to cut off. This is sexists! ReeeeEeeeEeeEEEEEEEEEeeeE! Seriously though, what are they gonna do to female pedos?

The government loves the idea of having control of other people's bodies. Who knows what body modifications the state will push on people tomorrow if they can alter people's bodies under the law today.

This is a terrible idea for a plethora of reasons. It’s better for all parties to kill them humanely. Why? They can’t force this, this will be part of a negotiation for an early release for pedophiles. The physical castration won’t be opted for, and the chemical castration will cost far more money, and be far less reliable and traceable. Mostly though, while it probably will lower the amount of recidivism among released pedophiles, and it will save the long sentences and state money wasted, it will be completely off set by the fact that that a percentage will still do it again regardless and now there are far more, and the costs of chemical or physical castration and such will be expensive and need long term treatment like a mental illness.
