Same in California. We are selling a family business and several investment properties, and all of our homes to move out. Grams, both parents, all my siblings, my self, my wife, and our kids and all of our assets are gone. Go tax yourself newsome!

califagians leaving the shithole they created, only to spread the same retarded shit elsewhere is one of the most annoying things

there should be laws that cali residents cant vote for 20 years when they move to a new state

I'm a Californian that votes right of Pinochet, and I fully support this.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hiring a person, or not hiring a person, based on their race is a federal crime.

Or laws.

The only standards they have are double standards.

Discrimination is fine, as long as it’s against the deplorable class, which right now is whites.

It’s the same mentality that creates genocides. “We want law and order and justice and peace. Except for those people, please take them away!”

Like they haven't been doing that already. I am the only person in my department of 50 employees that is a first language English speaker.

Make sure that the excuse is, "Thank you for your interest in XYZ position. Based on our interview and evaluation, we have decided to hire another candidate with more qualified experience. We wish you the best of luck on your continued job search and welcome you to reapply for any new openings with our company in the future."

Some companies retain applications of candidates (or do they say) for future openings.

Be nice up front. In private, we know never to hire certain college grads & candidates who cannot account for holes in employment history with education or training.

That holes in employment history stings me a bit. I was laid off in 2017 and took many months to find another job. The longer I was went without a job, the fewer and fewer bites I got on my resume. My life savings dried up, I was about to lose my house and my cars were in repossession. There was a couple other issues happening in my life I don't want to share publicly but I got to the point I was trying to figure out if it would be easier on the family if I committed suicide before or after Christmas.

I got a job the day after Christmas. And my manager (someone I know) every now and then goes resumes and throws away the ones with gaps in their work history. I understand his reasoning. But it always reminds me of the hell I was in and it hurts a little bit.

That’s how I did it as a restaurant manager. To their face, we simply were going to hire someone more qualified. In reality though, they had a shit attitude and shit appearance and shit speaking skills and I didn’t want to deal with their shit.

While there are exceptions, with sites like www.fiverr.com (Fiverr) and the services category in Craigslist, you can do some things remotely (even if you aren't computer savvy, you can help students / kids write resumes and stuff).

Basically, your ability to find freelance work between jobs is a test of your personal resourcefulness and creativity to a prospective employer.

I will be exclusively hiring from unwoke hr. No activists. If they happen to me majority white so be it, but I won't discriminate.

...and you will live to regret that.

So be it, advocating against Discrimination is a hill I am willing to die on. I'm actually starting a project to study the effects of Discrimination programs intended to create Equity and answer the thesis: Can Discrimination Create Equity? My hypothesis is that it cannot and its also bad to discriminate against people who had no say in the decisions that created historical inequity, it will only create resentment.

So far there is little research on the subject because anytime a paper comes out that claims that Affirmative Action hurts minorities, the SJWs claim that the research will be weaponized on campuses to hurt minorities and make them feel as if they don't belong. They've created an illiberal environment where research can't even be conducted to figure out how best to boost minorities. See this well researched article that was recently retracted by the American Heart Association: https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/pdf/10.1161/JAHA.120.015959

I'm not even advocating for Discrimination in my post. Activists make for low productive employees so it would be in my interest to hire from a job board where the applicants are blind and I know they won't be advocating while on the job.

This is a hill I am ready to die on.

There is a reason they threw Asians in there...they never said "in equal numbers"

AnthraciteCracker 2 points ago +2 / -0

Reeeeee.... he used the word colored instead of people of color... rrreeee.

2
Quietam_Unum 2 points ago +2 / -0

Once read about an English professor who pointed out "people of colour" was incorrect usage and "coloured people" is correct.

He was fired after a student complained that he was racist.

Those minorities should open their own businesses

Won’t be enough

2
Bubbahax 2 points ago +2 / -0

As long as you're counting heads based on skin color then racism is alive and well.
