They also likely gave him a deal to resign, which is very common such situations.

Most of America would agree with him and most Americans do agree with him. The problem is that the left has spent forty years angling for positions of power within schools and bureaucracies so it's almost impossible for most decent Americans to fight the left within these occupied institutions.

However, imo, the left has made a fatal miscalculation. By way of analogy, the problem with a guerrilla war for guerrillas, is that at some point, they think they can achieve a total victory on the open battlefield and so go all in on that battlefield, holding nothing back and sparing nothing. Invariably, this is when a standing professional army wipes the guerrillas out. The problem is that guerrillas always think they are more capable than they are, get embolden by their sneaky attacks, and believe themselves powerful. Guerrilla warfare works because it's not meant to overpower a standing army of occupation but to wear down the government sponsoring the occupation, fomenting dissent in the occupying government's officials and its own people (who often resent the costs of a occupying) and meanwhile it starts to separate the local populace being occupied from the forces doing the occupancy. No one can go to the local representative of the guerrillas and file a complaint but at least with western occupying forces, locals can voice complaints. Once a guerrilla force tries to hold ground and fight openly on a battlefield, every advantage of the tactic is nullified.

In the same way, the left is like the guerrilla force that is fighting on a battlefield right now. Since 1992, when Bill Clinton won the presidency, the left wing has misunderstood where their strengths are and has not acknowledged their weaknesses.

A. They think Bill Clinton was popular. He never was. In fact, he never got a majority of the vote but only a plurality and he flipped the House, which had been Dem for forty years, to Republican in 1994 because of his extreme lefty agenda from 1993-1994. Bill was not nearly as popular as Dems think he was.

B. They think George W. Bush "stole" the election and frankly, they would have thought that about any Republican who won in 2000. It wasn't just the Florida recount and the close vote. It was a planned deliberate tactic. Their problem is they thought the anti Global War On Terror sentiment and Dems winning the house in 2006 was due to Americans moving to the left. They never ever looked at how many Republicans thought the problem was Bush was too far to the left and too much of a globalists.

C. Obama was elected in 2008 because 1) He would usher in a post-racial America that most of us deeply desire. 2) he was a black Muslim that lefties thought to could "heal" the world after the war. 3) His actual speech that convinced so many to vote for him was his 2004 speech at the DNC convention for Kerry. That speech was very conservative and deeply deceptive. Obama in office spouted platitudes that had little to do with what his actual administration was doing. In reality, he is probably the most left wing president America has ever had. However, the left thing really thought that Obama had shifted the American people to the left along with his administration.

All of these things are faulty interpretations by the left wing. This is why they were so shocked that Trump won and no, it didn't have to do with the media giving him free air time. Any Republican would have won against Hillary. Trump's real battle was with the Republican establishment in 2016.

The point is, the left really believes their own lies, that they are the legitimate winners of every election, they are super popular with the public and their tactics work. They think they have the power.

What's happening, like with the guerrilla force, is the left is trying to fight openly on the battlefield and drop their disguises. Thus they are dropping the pretense of education, especially higher education, being about actual learning rather than indoctrination. Their media has stopped pretending to be unbiased and objective. Their politicians aren't about compromise, solutions and good governance but about revolution and overthrow.

Now, don't think I'm saying Trump is a shoe-in for re-election, Republicans can screw this election up in a myriad of ways, but Democrats have wildly overplayed their hand and aren't nearly as powerful or influential as they think they are. All we need is the courage of our convictions.

I'm not advocating confrontation. There are other ways to call something out than the confrontation ridiculous ways the left does it.

For instance, ask pointed questions, bring up specific examples to the contrary, state that there are racists of every skin color. State historical facts that counter lefty narratives.

You don't have to shout, get loud, get in peoples' faces but simply make your opinion known.

Will it work? If enough people do it, it will. however, if the worst possible outcomes happens, at least your own silence or lies didn't contribute to it.
