I just wanted to post here because I am a government worker in the northeast that is currently attending a (semi-mandatory) “anti-racist” “training” hosted by my government agency. It’s all about that Marxist redefinition of racism to include power in the equation so everybody can be racist towards white people because they supposedly have all the power over these poor minorities. Supposedly this is just “prejudice”, but only white people can be “racist”. They periodically ask for feedback but you probably can’t challenge Kendi’s twisted ideology without being fired so I am sitting here just shaking my head as my woke white savior teaches me how to bend over backwards to appear “anti-racist”. Turns out you can’t just live your life as a good person and treat people with respect/dignity anymore, that just isn’t enough. The head of this agency is a black woman that is trying to push this radical change onto the agency because of muh fentanyl Floyd and the “social unrest”. So tempted to lose my job by typing in chat that he had 3x a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, but it appears that Im now a slave to whatever ideology they want to push. Sorry for ranting, just feels bad that I’m being held hostage as they indoctrinate otherwise well-meaning people. Jesus, they even just referred people to watch Oprah’s white guilt segment on Apple TV.
I am not ashamed of myself. I have received similar, ever-changing indoctrination at every stage of my life and I harbor NO implicit biases. I am not a racist in any way, shape, or form (aside from being the bad skin color). I’m tired of this being beat into my head. I don’t need to bow down to this cult to know that I am a good person. Equality is not enough- you must be subservient to this ideology. The kicker is that most of the top management at my agency are black and Latino people who make a shitload of money and wear designer clothes while they preach to ME that everyone of their skin tone is disadvantaged and everyone of my skin tone is some kind of complicit benefactor. WE went through not only sensitivity training but sexual harrassment training at our hospital . One of my fellow pedes who I worked with. Raised his hand at the orca sized person teaching the class.....She said,' Yes."...He asked as only this person could. with full sincerity in his voice......." Will this be a HOW TO sexually harass class?. " Those of us who could care less...burst out laughing so loud...we were all thrown out. and told to take the class again....it was worth it...Our managers were shaking their heads and trying to look disappointed at who said what he said...but you know there is always that person who does not give two ..you know whats...he is really proud of his inability to not be part of the herd..Have since changed employment and recently left the field but there are still some of us out there. Just doodle...know you are getting paid...think about vacations...don't let them get to you...

I feel as if I would be immediately and permanently ostracized if I challenged any tenet of Kendi’s ideology, if not outright fired. I am being told that these are the official values my agency is endorsing, I would guess that if you don’t agree then you are in violation of the agency’s mission. They even covered how saying that you are colorblind (a la MLK jr), that is racist. How am I supposed to convince these administrators that non-white can be racist too? Just doesn’t seem worth it to try if my job will be affected. I am so fortunate to have remained employed as the leftists tanked the economy, I’m too scared to lose my job to be honest.
In terms of “semi-mandatory”- my supervisor told me to be here and I have to do what he tells me. Not attending would raise questions about my character that might lead to my job being affected as stated above.
Easier said than done but there really SHOULD BE such a clog of lawsuits in the pipeline from conservatives who are being discriminated against right now. There are so many examples of this. honestly we should have so many lawsuits flying from our side.
I wish every person who complained like this had the guts to walk out and get a new job. We are in a fight for the soul and future of this country and it seems like people are way more attached to their car payments and steak for dinner every night.

My pastor is actually kowtowing to this shit... some pastors are holding services outside, on the beach, in casinos.... but my pastor has just decided to bend over. I too feel disgusted with myself at not being able to overcome the position Ive been put in. I could say that jobs are scarce right now and I’m afraid of becoming unemployed but I’m not going to lie, this job has been my dream job since I was a kid (not working for the government per se, but providing valuable services to the population I work with). I am too afraid to lose my job, my ability to pay rent, shitty student loans, etc. just to make the principled stand that needs to happen.
Might I suggest easing your conscience by actually looking at the jobs that are out there. Maybe if you pray, and put a little faith into the situation... who knows, maybe you'll see a listing for a job that is legit better than the one you have now. It can't hurt to try. And then you can say that at least you are leaving yourself open to the possibility.
Sort of like a compromise between your conscience and your immediate desires to keep your job.

Same thing started happening at my federal job in June and July. Tons of systemic racism, anti-white, and white guilt nonsense in the emails I was getting from management. Emails from the top positions saying we had to remove all offensive materials from our offices and cars.
I hit reply on every single email asking them for their specific evidence, and the responses I got from them will cost them their jobs once the public opinion changes a bit more. Completely racist stuff with no actual facts.
I then sent a bigger email calling out the whole Marxist Democrat movement of Antifa, BLM, censorship, and media, and told them they were violating the Hatch Act by endorsing a political movement. I haven't seen any more BLM stuff since I sent the last email at the beginning of July. Hopefully it's dead.
