I just wanted to post here because I am a government worker in the northeast that is currently attending a (semi-mandatory) “anti-racist” “training” hosted by my government agency. It’s all about that Marxist redefinition of racism to include power in the equation so everybody can be racist towards white people because they supposedly have all the power over these poor minorities. Supposedly this is just “prejudice”, but only white people can be “racist”. They periodically ask for feedback but you probably can’t challenge Kendi’s twisted ideology without being fired so I am sitting here just shaking my head as my woke white savior teaches me how to bend over backwards to appear “anti-racist”. Turns out you can’t just live your life as a good person and treat people with respect/dignity anymore, that just isn’t enough. The head of this agency is a black woman that is trying to push this radical change onto the agency because of muh fentanyl Floyd and the “social unrest”. So tempted to lose my job by typing in chat that he had 3x a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, but it appears that Im now a slave to whatever ideology they want to push. Sorry for ranting, just feels bad that I’m being held hostage as they indoctrinate otherwise well-meaning people. Jesus, they even just referred people to watch Oprah’s white guilt segment on Apple TV.

I am not ashamed of myself. I have received similar, ever-changing indoctrination at every stage of my life and I harbor NO implicit biases. I am not a racist in any way, shape, or form (aside from being the bad skin color). I’m tired of this being beat into my head. I don’t need to bow down to this cult to know that I am a good person. Equality is not enough- you must be subservient to this ideology. The kicker is that most of the top management at my agency are black and Latino people who make a shitload of money and wear designer clothes while they preach to ME that everyone of their skin tone is disadvantaged and everyone of my skin tone is some kind of complicit benefactor. Bullshit
