Get a doctors excuse to not wear a mask. If your employer fires you over that, sue them under ADA.

Where I live, the mask order specifically says that you don't have to prove your medical condition. Just say you can't wear one because of your condition. It would be a violation of HIPA for anyone to ask about your condition.
