Overall the system is unique and hasn't been plagued like the US with China/Big Pharma influence. They are superior in taking logical low cost approaches. It seems there is a very narrow range of acceptable opinion in Sweden. One example would be a dentist that got fired after publicly sharing his findings that most of the immigrant children he treated were in fact adults. He also got dragged through their propaganda state media and declared a racist.
There is certainly tremendous public pressure to follow their narrative. One indication might be that any surrounding country (Denmark, Finland and Norway) have travel restrictions in place. They also have a much lower death count.
Cost efficiency is paramount but one can only wonder what people let their elderly suffocate because they spend all their money on immigration. I am not aware of any evidence of permanent immunization either.
