You just have to move on as if he has agreed with you, let him know that you know he agrees. If he freaks out, just say that if he disagreed he would have brought up a legitimate critique. If he keeps saying he "doesn't have time," insist that he says that because he knows you are right and he is wrong. Rinse repeat.
