News was one of the earliest subs taken over by cancer mods. Pre-2012. Over time they've become lazier about misleading pretense. Just come out and ban without bothering with reasons.
Amusingly my eventual ban from the sub was for linking to Netflix hosting History Channel's World War II: In Color first episode as a primer for correctly using the National Socialist Worker's Party label, in response to a lazy use of Nazi to attack-the-character of someone for political purpose. I politely sent modmail requesting reversal of the ban and the mods reee'd about mod harassment. Funny stuff.
I actually got banned from there for commenting on a similar news story to this one. It was that time a black man tossed a kid off of the 3rd floor of a mall. My only comment on that entire sub ever was "Diversity is our strength" and I got permabanned.
Technically speaking, the removal was legit. World News basically meant, from being run from a US perspective, non-US news.
The problem here isn't what they removed but what they don't. We all saw every single US specific Trump bashing article rise to the top and somehow escape the purpose of the sub betraying its true purpose.
Sometimes trying to use Russia conspiracy as a loop hole but often not even trying and just letting anything anti-Trump, even internal or accusations of in fighting and exaggerating internal rivalry like how that Psy PDF from NYT was talking about asking for over $3 million base fee for the services.
And done. Deactivated my account and uninstalled. I've always known that Reddit censors political stuff, but this is just ridiculous. What is wrong with posting information about this poor kid's funeral? But others can post BLM riot info all day long?
Amazing to see it. If you wonder what the end game of a site that celebrates and covets pedos, cannibals, terrorists, and all other gutter scum, then look no further than reddit.
Drug addled violent felons who die of overdose or while violently attacking police - saintly! State funerals, grand tax-payer funded send off!
Child shot in the head while riding his bike - no we cant have that!
More often than not, the only people IRL who know anything about Reddit are those people about whom you could tell that was the case without having to ask.
Drugged up forgery suspect overdoses and dies while in police custody? It's okay to spam it all over Reddit for months and mischaracterize it as a murder and hate crime, inciting violent and destructive riots.
5 year old boy shot in the head for riding his bike on the neighbor's lawn? Nope, can't have you talking about that here! It might stoke racial tension!
"true to their purpose" which is White genocide
Keep buying ammo and food.
Yup. just bought more ammo yesterday. Its going to get a lot worse
Yep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently stumbled on Soviet documents that included the following equation.
Diversity + Proximity = Conflict.
Seems accurate. Defining 'who's' strength is the important nuance.
Satan's strength.
I looked up "is a diverse workforce less likely to unionize?"
science says yes.

I do not regret leaving reddit. wont even give them a single click
Same. Never again.
I'm uninstalling as we speak. This is disgusting.

I'm out.
I am shocked. Shocked, I say!!!
"... keeping communities safe ..."
OMG, do they not see the irony here?
Not a chance.

Well said! This made me a lot happier
Safe from what? Smdh
In all fairness, the sub is called "inthenews" and clearly that story is nowhere to be found in the news.
Your first mistake was going to Reddit.
You were warned. Reddit will not allow any posts of non white crime against white people. These people want to turn the US into South Africa.
Pure evil.
Whats Reddit
