All these nations, UK, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, France, Netherlands, Spain, Canada, Sweden, Ireland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Finland, Romania, Germany, Denmark, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Greece, Poland, Portugal, have a worse case fatality rate than the USA. Yes, we have more cases than anyone else is willing to admit, but you're less likely to die here if you get it than all those other countries.

We have more total tests, but countries like the UK have greater per capita testing than the USA. If their health system was even remotely as good as the USA's, the UK's case-fatalities should be similar to the USA, instead of being nearly 5 times the USA.

UK testing per million: 277,774
US testing per million: 203,940

UK case fatality rate: 14.8%
US case fatality rate: 3.2%
