The 14th was passed after the civil war you dope. Look up jus soli. People born in the US before 1868 were still citizens at birth, the 14th just codified it. If you're crying that it's bullshit that this has somehow been expanded to include children born of illegal aliens and tourists I 100% agree with you

I haven't copy pasted anything. Meanwhile you're screaching about birthright citizenship being "treason" despite the fact that it existed in America before (and after) the US was even a nation. If you have some point to make about the 14th then make it instead of beating around the bush saying "context1!"

This is of course all beside the point vis-a-vis Kalama harris' eligabiliy for the whitehouse since whether you and I like it or not, even children born to illegal aliens are citizens as the law is currently interpreted.
