It is long past time to kick Romney out of the Republican Party. We need GOP leadership to take this move, now -- or at least raise it at the Convention.
The original point of the US Senate was to represent the state's interest first and foremost over the mob. This is why originally state legislators elected their representative and would recall the senator if he were misbehaving.
Then the progressive movement was hijacked by Marxists and they pushed to change this to direct vote so they could more easily manipulate popular elections rather than more hardened state legislators. That's when things went down hill and you got the federal reserve act and the income tax bill which killed off much of our freedoms.
