Here's the actual "news" from this document:

  • A party named "Rich" (I believe Seth's Rich's family) has filed a lawsuit against Fox (assumedly Fox news)

  • This new court document (from yesterday or today) is from the Rich party lawyers telling the judge that FOX must produce more documents

  • The approach in the lawsuit is that FOX reported a conspiracy theory without facts (or something along those lines)

  • The emails DO NOT SHOW SETH RICH WAS IN CONTACT WITH WIKILEAKS

  • The emails show the article FOX published - while the article was being developed. The FOX article says Seth was in touch with wikileaks, according to an FBI source

  • No PROOF has ever been shown that Seth was in contact with wikileaks (although many reports that such emails exist)

So the news is lawyers representing the Rich family are suing FOX and want more documents.

This is correct. As much as I believe Seth was Wikileaks's source in 2016, the fact is that the scant evidence we have right now does not amount to proof.

The whole point of communicating with Wikileaks was working under the radar. I certainly would not expect there to be a giant trail to find.

However, I do have logic, and that logic tells me that Wikileaks source suddenly well.... died after they obtained their information. Why not any further leaks after that date? Can anyone explain that?

Yeah, but how often does a guy get killed in a robbery and have nothing stolen? Critical thinking. He was also awake when he arrived at the hospital, and if youre awkr when arrivin at the hospital you have 90% chance of surviving gunshot wounds. Also the hospital is sketchy AF, DNC controlled etc
