Don't pay it. Also sue the judge. (Okay, I know that last one probably can't happen.)

At the very least say you refuse to pay it out of religious beliefs. They cannot compel you to do so, and if they attempt to, get a loyal, strap in and be ready for the long haul to justice. Take names every filthy judge and prosecutor that opposed you along the way, and when you win, write their names on a giant sign proclaiming their willing and complicit attack on the 1st-Amendments rights of freedom of religion.
