During Kamala's failed primary run for the Presidency, she promised a platform that would deliver action on gun control within the first 100 days through executive action if Congress failed to act.

San Francisco's former Attorney General's Presidential Primary platform not only featured the** forced confiscation of lawfully owned and privately-held semi-automatic rifles, but would also outlaw the private transfer of long guns**.

As AG, she displayed no hesitation to use the power of her position to conceal crimes and commit others in the name of the law (read acquisition and weilding of power). She boasted that she would work to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act^ thereby opening up firearms manufacturers and firearms dealers to criminal and civil liability when crimes are committed with their products (this excludes damages from defective products, etc.... see link below). And she vowed to use the DoJ to harass manufacturers with lawsuits, draining them of capital, and forcing contraction (lost jobs and revenue) or perhaps bankruptcy.

My reading on Kamala's stance and articles and news-mentions posted seem to have dropped the word "confiscation" from the dialog very recently. That it appears is purely political expedience. Hide the true nature, don't rile-up the Pro-2A crowd by gliding under-the-radar, then start bombing when the coast-is-clear. I don't know about you, but I never purchased a firearm from the government. So, I don't know how the wording of buy-back even applies. Forced confiscation and government-defined compensation is closer to the ugly, Second Amendment-defying truth.

It will never happen here without a total full blown civil war and it's exactly what the Dems are trying to start. We need to take them out at the polls before we have to take them out on the streets.
