The appeal is in getting a Donk to badmouth her own party, live and on television. Right where everyone can see it.
Let the moderates (what few there are) out there see how awesome the GOP is - we even let members of the other party have their say!
Seriously though, she doesn't have a shout in hell of getting a single GOP vote for any reason. But, she can be put to good use in sticking it right up the Democrats' asses. I mean, what did the Donks counter with, weak-sauce may-as-well-be-a-democrat-anyway John Kaisch (* pffft! *)?
I know a lot of liberals that loved Tulsi. She was even my ultra liberal Dad's favored candidate. I even linked him the video of her destroying Kamala the other day. Pointing out how the DNC fucked her over with constant rule changing after the first debate is still a great redpill.

Probably, but unlike the case of Kaisch, Gabbard actually gets centrist eyeballs and attention.
Not to mention Romney is still part of the GOP... At least Tulsi is open about where she stands.
