Pray for this boy and his father. God is watching all of this, and soon his wrath shall be upon us. And you know what, we fucking deserve it too. We have let our children fall under the sword for far too long. This is sick.
After winning this originally, they waited till the story was memory holed until the activist judge came in and ruled against the father making him pay... ITS NOT EVEN HER KID ITS HIS... she is the step parent..... Sad story indeed
Pay attention to the sources of information before you believe it. All the new information in this story is sourced from a Facebook page that is soliciting donations, and that is run by people who do not have access to the actual court documents. There is no legitimate source for any of this.
What's true? There are a whole bunch of different claims here, all rather vague. And if the father is sharing information that's subject to a gag order, with the operators of this FB page, then he's risking some harsh penalties from the court, which may include limiting his access to his son and right to participate in decision-making regarding his son. All parties should be subject to a strictly enforced gag order. These poor kids have enough problems without having details all over the internet forever, of their insane mother's campaign to turn one of them into a "girl".
There are people that attended court in support of him, the order was only put in place today! It's not rather vague either, if you had been paying attention since the beginning! Why are you trying to discredit this father?
I have not said one word to discredit the father. This Facebook page is making a bunch of unsupported claims and asking for donations. That should set off anybody's radar. From the article:
Yesterday, Judge Mary Brown, who was appointed to the case in January, granted Georgulas’ requests to force Mr. Younger to pay for counseling for James and Jude and attend family counseling. Mr. Younger previously objected to both of these requests as he was not allowed a say in the selection of the boys’ counselor or the family counselor. [no information about whether he, or some other neutral party, will have any say in the selection of the counselor now]
The “Save James” Facebook page, run by individuals who support Mr. Younger’s cause, claims counseling will cost Mr. Younger $5,000 a month, in addition to a $10,000 retainer required by the counselor. Court documents do not specify the cost for counseling or the retainer.
So there is no support for the headline's $5000/month claim, other than a claim on the Facebook page, and even that sketchy source admits that "costs are not specified in the court documents". The headline also claims that the $5000/month must be paid "so his ex-wife can 'transition' his son". Except that doesn't match the information in the article at all. The article says that he has to pay for "family counseling", which frankly sounds like a very good idea, and may well be aimed at getting the mother to understand that she's not focusing on her son's best interests, and may also be aimed at gathering direct evidence for the court, from a neutral party, about what James really thinks of all this.
There's a reason why there's no solid information -- because it's confidential per court order. And that makes it very easy for overzealous and/or outright con artists to make a lot of claims, that nobody can check for accuracy. If they manage to convince enough suckers, the money rolls in.
This case got the attention of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Senator Ted Cruz, and several state legislators. The Texas Attorney General's office has been involved, along with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. No one is letting this crazy mother just do whatever she wants to her son and making the father pay for it.
You really remind me of that Rino phonbone or what ever her name is. Again, you have not been following this case, you know nothing about what's going on, all you can say is that it's a hyped up lie, which you have no proof of either. So when you have proof that it's really all a "hyped up lie" present it. Until then STFU.
He is going to kill her.
I don’t blame him.

I can't believe the demented bitch is getting away with this. It ain't right.
She's not getting away with anything. This is just a bunch of inflammatory claims from a Facebook page, all unsubstantiated.
This is what America has come too.
Clown world. HoNk hOnK

It's true! The father has been working with this FB group until he was put under a gag order!

I have been following the case, and I know sketchy clickbait when I see it.
I bet you have. Like I've said twice already, if you have proof that this is a scam then present it.
