I don't know who Sundance is -- but if he is putting any agent's life in danger by blabbering anything he may have stumbled upon -- he needs to shut up.
If I were 100% positive that nobody is undercover it would be a different story and I'd say "go for it".
But if anyone is so impatient that they are willing to risk someone else's safety they need to rethink their priorities.
If this is true -- it can only mean one thing. It would indicate a much larger conspiracy that extends beyond our borders and involves foreign heads of state. In a case like that I can see why you'd need to move slow. And that would mean they are trying to nail Bathhouse Barry.
He shouldn't press the issue then. I am dying to see these clowns go down -- but if there is a bigger investigation -- it has to be international. That's the only thing that would account for this snail's pace.
I don't think forcing the hand of investigators to satisfy the curiousity of people is a good idea. I certainly couldn't live with myself if I thought some agent got killed for a leak caused by people trying to light a fire under the DOJ. President Trump has already indicated several times he wished they would speed things up -- since they haven't I can only assume it is humongous and there are people undercover.
As much as it pains me to say this -- I think the best thing to do is just wait and not try to force an early resolution even though I hope this will come before the election.
The problem is we've done a hell of a lot of waiting and seen nothing... and when the election rolls around, there is a very real and terrifying chance that we lose, and everything gets buried along with America.
