Lol, black person takes over dinky 2 bedroom in Seattle

Gets hit with property tax of more than they make in a year. Government puts lien on the property. White person pays the tax. White person gets house back.

You left out the part where the jogger completely trashes the place and makes it unlivable before they're forcibly evicted by sheriff's deputies.

I doubt Seattle will have any Sheriff's deputies left at this rate. If it weren't for pensions that a lot of them have been working towards for their entire adult lives, the whole dept. probably would have walked out by now.
