Tim comes of super cringy when he "corrects" people. This was just icing on the cake that time to move on. Tim can't and won't be honest. Too busy enjoying the fence.
The thing that irks me is Tim knows the score and he's too much of a coward to openly support Trump even though he knows in his heart how evil and terrible the Democrats are, and that Trump has accomplished a lot of good for the people.
Then you have this other guy, Who might not be as articulate or as well researched as Tim. But as soon as he gets a look at the scoreboard and what the Democrats are doing his giant balls and courage of conviction REQUIRE him don a maga beanie and start dishing out red-pills like it's going out of style.
That's the difference between Tim and Adam. Tim cares more about his own personal future and preserving his brand. That's why he rides the fence.
Adam on the other hand cares more about the future of the country, and He'll go full MAGA even if it costs him friends and career opportunities because he knows how bad it will be for everyone if Trump loses.
Because Adam is a real man and a patriot. The meme posted above cuts right to the truth. I know I'm not his intended audience but I no longer have a reason to watch now. Oh well. More time to watch others, and cute doggie antics, and old movies...
No he hasn't. He's still riding the damn fence harder than ever, Saying that if the election were held today, And Joe Biden still hasn't shown signs of mental awareness, And assuming Trump hasn't started world war 3, He might, in all likelihood, think about considering reflecting on whether or not he should evaluate voting for Trump, assuming there are no changes in the news between now and November, and if there are, he might just have to climb back up on that fence that he's definitely not still sitting on.
I'm positive he's said he's voting for Trump at least a few times in some of his videos from the last month or two, but honestly it's more work to find it than I have time for right now. I don't watch Timcast IRL very often so if he's said different things there than in his segments, well shit. Dude doesn't know a kick in the pants when he gets one.
See if you catch him saying it again, and pay attention to the caveats that will allow him to turn around and say he was never a "Trump supporter" in 4 years when Trump is gone, Content for his fans becomes irrelevant, and he has to go back to existing in a media space infested with vengeful leftists.
I think they have had some serious conflict. Best I can guess, Adam probably wants more acknowledgement on the show, and for Tim to give him more respect. Tim is probably threatened by Adam and wants to desparately hold on to the mantle of the show. Pity.
Pity indeed. With the numbers they were pulling, and the fact that Rogan is imminently departing YouTube, the opportunity to be the biggest podcast on YouTube was very real.
Funny how ego works, I'd rather own a third of the biggest podcast on YouTube than 100% of a show where I rant alone to a few hundred thousand subs.
Then again, I'm not a millionaire who's already set with the option of a comfortable retirement living in a commercial grade bug-out van "down by the river".
If I was, Maybe I would rather rant by myself to a small audience than be completely overshadowed by my male model friend on my own fucking show.
I'd rather own a third of the biggest podcast on YouTube than 100% of a show where I rant alone to a few hundred thousand subs.
A lot of people don't understand this, and its very natural to think that you want to be the "boss". I wen through this phase early on, and finally when I realised that when doing some venture with friends, it is best to be equally invested than trying to be the head honcho.
I think it was some entrepreneural blog that really impacted me, and I went and told my friends we are going to be equal partners (no one had raised it yet, but I had started to feel the tension). The immediate change was very obvious. Everyone was putting in their 300%, staying back late and doing whatever it takes and in the end when we made a bit of money, everyone was really happy.
This is the one thing I keep telling anyone who wants to start a venture with friends. If you cant do it as equal partners, dont do it.
Also, If you're smart and have good partners with mutual trust you can still be the "boss" (aka shot caller) while still having people who are equally invested that have internal motivation to work hard.
Basically you can LEAD without BOSSING. Which is something I wish I realized when I was younger and found myself owning 100% of a fairly profitable website.
Although, Looking back I doubt anyone around me was partnership material anyways (crabs in a bucket mentality).
And the one person who was smart enough and motivated enough for it, definitely was not trust worthy.
So Yep... The interpersonal aspect of running a business has always been my weakness.
And the one person who was smart enough and motivated enough for it, definitely was not trust worthy.
lol, this describes a lot of people I have seen time to time
So Yep... The interpersonal aspect of running a business has always been my weakness.
Good that you are identifying this. Here is a simply trick to master interpersonal relationship. Learn to listen. Pay attention to what people say. The things that they repeat often and most confidently are the things they are insecure about. When you know a person's insecurities, you understand the person.
Evil people look at insecurities as weaknesses to exploit. But if you are compassionate about people, you can learn to validate their insecurities and connect at an emotional level. After that, you dont even have to "lead" them, they will follow you naturally.
The untrustworthy scumbag that fucked me over always bragged often and loudly about how magnanimous and generous he was with everyone he knew. Friends, Family, Business associates, etc...
He always had a story about someone he was helping, And talked about himself like he was Tony Soprano making his way through a line of service workers packing their hands with Benjamin's the whole way down just because he's a swell guy. Always willing to give and sacrifice for others...
Or at least that was his personality if you only knew him from his own descriptions of himself.
In my first hand experience he was the greediest fucking taker I've ever known in my entire life. Always wanting something of real monetary value from me, and acting straight up entitled to get it (you know since he's so generous it's only natural it comes back his way sometimes).
Really he never did shit for me and just took and took and took everything I was willing to give, and then straight up stole that which I wasn't willing to give after that.
And the part that really fucking pissed me off is the dude is a millionaire (or at least was 10 years ago), and yet felt entitled to steal enough to devastate me, but not enough for him to actually appreciate the benefit he got.
Like he actually complained that the sum he stole was too small. For real.
I could have taken him to court and tried to destroy his life if i had the budget for it. I even had proof he committed fraud punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
But there was another "complication".... This asshole lives in Australia and like a big ol dummy here I am doing hand-shake business deals with him online without a contract.
Not that this makes me sound any smarter, but he was reliable and trustworthy through other dealings for 6 years prior. I see now that in those other dealings he didn't have the same opportunity to steal that he later got, and fully took advantage of.
Anyways, that's another major lesson I learned from that. Never do a handshake deal with someone richer than yourself. Never give up real leverage for immaterial promises.
And last but not least....never EVER... under any circumstances partner with someone outside of United States jurisdiction.
I know I know.... All super obvious stuff to anyone.... Except me in my 20s. lol.
Oh man, your story is so painful. I really hope you have found it in your heart to forgive yourself for falling for a guy like him and understand that you did nothing wrong.
He always had a story about someone he was helping, And talked about himself like he was Tony Soprano making his way through a line of service workers packing their hands with Benjamin's the whole way down just because he's a swell guy. Always willing to give and sacrifice for others...
See, this right here is a huge red flag for me. If I see someone like this, I would never let them get close to me. Of course, in my 20s I would believe such a guy completely and do exactly what you did.
The concept has a name. Its called "pink elephant". If you master identifying pink elephants, you will go far in life. Just think of Bill Clinton. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman". That is a pink elephant. Something someone says very vehemantly, especially unsolicited, is a pink elephant.
What they are really doing is convincing themselves of a lie they want to believe, but cannot. A lot of things people say loud are actually things they are saying to themselves. Another trick that makes it easy to deal with people.
I even had proof he committed fraud punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
You know, letting it go was the best thing you could have done for your own sanity. Trust me, if you went after him with that stuff, you wouldnt have found peace one way or another, between the legal hassles and wasted time and energy, not to mention money, and the fact that he would use some underhanded evil ways to get back at you, probably even set you up. These people have very fragile egos and they will do anything if their ego is hurt.
Never do a handshake deal with someone richer than yourself.
never EVER... under any circumstances partner with someone outside of United States jurisdiction
I am actually from Australia lol. I am sure these are sound advice, but for me, I would never have succeeded in life if I did not partner with my friend/mentor from US who is also much richer than me.
The thing is, when I first met him I never knew he was rich. He never once talked about it. He never once showed it. He is very generous to every one, but never once calls himself generous. He is very help and kind, and even when people are being jerks to him, he tries to relate to them compassionately. I was very hotheaded when I first met him. The company we both met was very toxic as well. Two weeks after meeting him, he took me to his home for a weekend to finish up some deadline, and during that time I realised what an amazing guy he was.
When the company screwed me over (not surprising), he quit too and then we started working together on any idea that came to us. We have never signed a paper between us (except when we sold one business and the purchaser required us to have a retro-active contract for legal reasons lol) and even during the tough times when things went almost bad, he never bailed.
I can say easily that I was lucky to meet him, and chances are you can spend your whole career never meeting someone like that.
I think when you can read people and develop the instinct to either trust them or not, you don't have to worry too much about being taken advantage of. It comes slowly, and after a lot of both good and bad experiences. You just have to be open to learn about your own shortcomings first and foremost when things go wrong.
Yeah, You want the other people in the business to either A.) Have skin in the game where they feel invested, and that their work directly contributes to their own success via their ownership stake.
or B.) Have employees that are completely subordinate, not your friends, and replaceable. And then be prepared to have to manage and watch everything they do, and constantly struggle to get anyone to do anything beyond the bare minimum.
All speculation, but I could see Tim wanting the show to have more of a centralist feel to it and asked Adam to tone down the MAGA talk, and Adam didnt want to be toned down.
But at the end of the day who knows. Hope they're still cool.
I think you’re right but I also think you are misframing it a bit.
I think it’s true Tim wanted to hold on to the mantle of the show. After all he created it. But he also wanted to make a specific type of show, and with Adam as his cohost, its driven the evolution of the show in a different direction.
It wasn’t bad, in fact I’d say it’s gotten better with Adam, but ultimately Tim doesn’t get to make the show he planned because the audience they grew ended up coming for Adam and what he helped shape the show into.
So I think Tim decided to end the relationship before he was backed into a corner of audience expectations for a show he didn’t intend it to be, so he could still have the chance to make his style of show.
But Adam can go on and continue, and now we can potentially have 2 great but different shows to watch.
I think Tim didn’t want a cohost, he wanted a sidekick. Someone to set up his jokes, set him up to make all the best points, then laugh at said jokes and congratulate him on making such great points all the time. Basically, Tim wanted it to be like Louder With Crowder, where he would get all the spotlight all the time.
Problem is, Adam started bringing in his own viewpoints, standing up to Tim’s nonstop “nonono listen that’s not it you’re wrong” routine and trying to be more of an equal partner in the show, instead of just a prop to make Tim look good. He was taking too much of the spotlight, so he had to go.
Now, the show is going to become a Rogan clone, with Lydia playing the role of Jamie. And of course Tim wants to interview “regular people” - because they’re not as likely to stand up to his “nonono you’re wrong” nonsense and then he can Timsplain to them why he’s right about everything.
You are probably right, but there is no reason why they couldnt have communicated this like grown adults. There is nothing wrong with this if this is what happened. But the way they handled it just reeks of immaturity
It's all speculation at this point. But in Tim's statement he did imply Adam had "dirty laundry". Which doesn't sound like Tim has anything to do with it, or Adam would have come out to correct it.
So yeah I think Tim is innocent in this. But fact is, they simply haven't told us the reason.
I think its either A.) Adam becoming far more popular and important to the show than his initial compensation package could have predicted, And Adam attempted to renegotiate without success.
or
B.) Adam's overt support for Trump doesn't mesh with tim & lydias vision for the show, and possibly interferes with their ability to book guests and reach certain audiences they may want to target.
He's still riding the damn fence harder than ever, Saying that if the election were held today, And Joe Biden still hasn't shown signs of mental awareness, And assuming Trump hasn't started world war 3, He might, in all likelihood, think about considering reflecting on whether or not he should evaluate voting for Trump assuming there are no changes in the news between now and November, and if there are, he might just have to climb back up on that fence that he's definitely not still sitting on.
Fair enough, although I think Tim is about as supportive of Trump as he can be without directly stating it. I mean, I feel like he tries too hard to maintain journalistic neutrality at this point. Regardless, I find he's a good gateway drug into exposing the bullshit surrounding Democrats, Biden, Hydroxichloriquine, the lockdown, etc., mainly because he's got such a boner for being neutral.
That said, I would watch Adam if he had his own show. Really been enjoying his opinions and enthusiasm for Trump.
He's been dishing out WAYYY to many red pills for them to not effect him. I think he's just not entirely honest about his views on video.
I think it's all about preserving his brand because he knows in a few years Trump will be gone, and all these deranged leftists will still be around.
He's probably thinking in a few years there won't be any Trump supporters for him to target all his content towards, and he doesn't want to burn his bridge with the leftists who will absolutely NOT forget if he comes out and overtly endorses or supports Trump now.
I really liked the show, and I know Adam is gonna deliver on his own, but if anyone wants to hate on Tim over it, it honestly seems like a good thing for both people. They even admitted they are still friendly. I think it’s a good thing and they can now both go make the shows they each want to make.
Because as great as the show was becoming, it’s clear it was becoming something Tim didn’t want to do. Plus let’s be honest Adam really is charismatic as fuck and people are drawn to that more, and he was becoming the central personality on Tim’s show. I don’t care who you are, nobody wants to get demoted by their own audience in favor of the person you hired to be the cohost lol
So I welcome them doing separate shows. Adam can continue on with the show as we’ve come to see recently. And Tim can go on to make his Joe Rogan esque show he wanted to make.
IDK if Tim is all that nice to be honest. His brother went on YouTube and aired some dirty laundry of their own.
Tim did not seem like a nice guy at all based on what his brother said.
Basically more business drama, And Tim is accused of stealing an entire corporation from his brother's name and control despite his brother having legal ownership rights.
Cmon, let's not draw into Drama. His brother was not using it, if you just look at subverse you can see it was a dead brand and Tim was trying to resurrect it. Only problem with Tim is being an workaholic.
Why resurrect a dead brand that belongs to someone else and think you can just take it (and it's content) away from the owner?
Also if it's a dead brand why not just start from scratch with your own brand?
Seems like Tim's brother had his own thing going, and Tim came along and joined it. Then Tim's personal brand started growing bigger than his brother's thing and so he naturally wanted to move on and do new things. All seems reasonable.
Until he thinks he can clean out the company he's leaving and take their stuff on his way out. If that's even remotely true then that's a really sleazy move.
If Adam uses a similar format on his own channel, hes going to overtake Tim in viewership. Reading articles and saying "check this out", talking about being "on the ground"/occupy wall street and talking about thucydides trap like youre a political scientist isnt interesting or fun.
No way he can rant so fluidly for a half hour at a time without ever forgetting his train of thought mid sentence if he was actually stoned on the show.
He brought a lot of people onto the Trump train, His show has been absoultely bowling up mainstream on YouTube lately, His co-host went full MAGA, and in the last 48 hours there is major behind the scenes drama with his co-host being fired and/or quitting.
In short, it's just YouTuber infighting drama and we're all gawking as we spectate.
Tim, on the podcast, is one of those "I'm always right, even when I'm wrong. And if we're both right, then I'm MORE right" people.
Every time he would say to Adam "No you're wrong, see..." then proceed to give nonsense opinions as reasons, I would cringe.
Tim comes of super cringy when he "corrects" people. This was just icing on the cake that time to move on. Tim can't and won't be honest. Too busy enjoying the fence.
He comes off very patronizing, like he’s talking to a child.
Have you watched any of Tim's stuff recently? He's outright said he's voting for Trump cause the left is fucking nuts.

If he straight up says it like that, then anyone can just say "Ignore him, he's just another Drumpf supporter".
Who even cares who he is voting for as an individual, his reporting/commentary definitely isn't hurting!
I think they have had some serious conflict. Best I can guess, Adam probably wants more acknowledgement on the show, and for Tim to give him more respect. Tim is probably threatened by Adam and wants to desparately hold on to the mantle of the show. Pity.

100% agree. You put it better than I did.

100% this
Trying to be centrist in this climate is the sure shot way to becoming irrelevant
I disagree. There's an audience between SJW screeching and popping red pills.
I think you’re right but I also think you are misframing it a bit.
I think it’s true Tim wanted to hold on to the mantle of the show. After all he created it. But he also wanted to make a specific type of show, and with Adam as his cohost, its driven the evolution of the show in a different direction.

AFAIK the big story here was Adam unfollowing Lydia on social media, so I'm not so sure Tim has much to do with it.
But what do I know, I'm just a milquetoast fencesitter.
I missed this part. Didn't think Lydia was part of this issue.
I highly doubt that was the source of the split.
Definitely was. Read Lydia's twitter feed. Something happened between Adam and Lydia.
I looked at her tweets didn't see any indication she was directly involved.
Either way... Do you really think Lydia has the authority to just fire the co-host on her own?
Just saying that trigger can't get pulled without Tim's hand on the gun, even if she was pushing him to do it.
I won't speculate on personal affairs beyond the statements made. I'll leave that to cnn
I'm happy to speculate.
I think its either A.) Adam becoming far more popular and important to the show than his initial compensation package could have predicted, And Adam attempted to renegotiate without success.

B.) Adam's overt support for Trump doesn't mesh with tim & lydias vision for the show, and possibly interferes with their ability to book guests and reach certain audiences they may want to target.
No one's said that, but cool man. You do you.
I think Tim Pool doesnt come out as MAGA to keep his channel alive. Adam was too MAGA for the show.
The funny part is Tim lurks here lmao. Imagine his reaction when he see's this 😂
Love em both honestly
I posted a thread about this and you didnt believe it.
Now you are here, do you still not believe me?
You fucking retard he doubted that the FAKE screenshot you posted was real.
It was fake.
Then you twisted what he said to suggest that he doubts that the split had happened.
I've reversed image searched that screenshot and nothing comes up, which means it's your work and you faked that tweet, you are pathetic.
Hahaha
You think I made this and you call me a fucking retard?
Thank you for confirming that you're retarded.
How does it feel to be a white knight simp for another man?
Do you think deleted tweets show up on reverse image searches?
Where did you get the screenshot from then?
From this comment on YouTube and that website.

Am I missing something? I swear Tim put on a MAGA beanie the other day...
Adam did, I think someone photo-shopped it for a shitpost.
Thanks, I figured it was a photoshop, I was just going by the title.
That was Adam.
My bad going by the title of a Sargon vid, still seems like Tim is openly supporting Trump now, hat or not.
https://www.bitchute.com/video/mzOZiIxMV_c/
Nah man. Sargon is exaggerating and teasing Tim.
In trying to protect his brand he may have just destroyed it. Adam was the best and I hope he starts his own show.
He has his own show. Adamcast irl. Tim has timcast. So you can literally compare a show without adam and with.
With Adam is much more enjoyable. I try tp avoid Timcast because there are enough talking heads outthere.
And Tim can go on to make his Joe Rogan esque show he wanted to make.
hahahaha, Adam is a really nice dude ! Poor Tim, he is a nice guy too. He already said that he would vote Trump if the election was now.
He just needs a brainiac to sit next to him and remember information for him that he can't remember off the top of his own head.
NO ADAM, NO PEACE
Is it just me, or does Tim look like he's always high on IRL?
No way he can rant so fluidly for a half hour at a time without ever forgetting his train of thought mid sentence if he was actually stoned on the show.
He looked like he was crying.
Why is this site absolutely infested with Tim Pool garbage?
He brought a lot of people onto the Trump train, His show has been absoultely bowling up mainstream on YouTube lately, His co-host went full MAGA, and in the last 48 hours there is major behind the scenes drama with his co-host being fired and/or quitting.
In short, it's just YouTuber infighting drama and we're all gawking as we spectate.
Tim has a dildo shaped like a fence.
How the turn tables
I approve. Send it to print
You don't legit print memes on paper do you?
Lol no, but I suppose I could. I do own a printer.
Don't do it. Printers are a fucking scam.
Lol well uh we homeschool so it’s nice to print papers for projects and the like.
Amazin,
What is the "kicks racists out of his house thing"?
I don't know.... I vaguely remember some story about him kicking someone out of his house for being racist.
This whole thing is cringe. Some of you on the site are fucking weirdos.
