That's why shutting the rallies down doesn't actually accomplish what they think it does. The support is there. The rallies are an expression of it, not a cause of it.

Look at the boat parades. Those aren't organized by the campaign or even campaign proxies. They're happening because normal regular people want to party publicly, together, in support of GEOTUS.
