For acid reflux, or GERD, stop drinking caffeine and never eat a big meal a go right to sleep after. That's what gave me acid reflux. I got over it not with meds, I mean they helped but couldn't get rid of it for good, but rather by cutting out caffeine and eating a lot of oak meal a cream of wheat.
I use to eat a lot before bed too, not anymore, it's horrible for your stomach apparently.
I eat oatmeal every morning now too, I don't know why it makes me feel good after eating it every time but it does. How long before bed would you say a good amount of time for you is that you stop eating? I know it's different for everyone.
Oatmeal with fresh blueberries and walnuts or almonds is the best breakfast!!! 🤤
For me it's about 2 hours.
