White people leave neighborhood = white flight.

White people move into neighborhood = gentrification.

Either way, white people = bad.

Seems these people have probably forgotten that this neighborhood was originally a white neighborhood that was later populated with minorities. Seems kind of hipocritical to them be mad when white people move back in. I thought a major issue with the left was how segregated our cities still are?? Shouldn't you be happy that whites are moving back in desegrate the neighborhood?
